Serial number tracking for Veeqo.
Veeqo has no field for a serial number, a lot number or a UDI. Neither does any other shipping platform we know of. If you have to record which unit went to which customer, that record has to live somewhere else.

It works the same way the ShipStation and Shopify integrations do, so if you run more than one of them your packers learn one process.
Two things to know before you start.
Scan while the box is still open
The scan belongs at the packing station, before the label goes on and the order is marked shipped. That is where the unit and the order are in front of the same person.
Serial numbers attach to the order, not the line item
To pick the right line we would need the SKU each serial number belongs to, and often even that is not enough to tell them apart. The order-level record is what almost everyone needs, because the customer information is at the order level too.
