Serial, lot and UDI tracking for Shopify orders.
Shopify treats every unit of a SKU as the same. There is no place for a serial number, a lot number or an expiry date on the unit you actually shipped. So when someone asks which one a customer received, the order has no answer. SerialTrack records it at the packing station and writes it back to the order.

Scan the order number and the order comes up on screen, so the packer can check the customer and the contents before sealing the box.
Serial numbers written to the order notes
Every serial, lot or UDI you scan goes into that order's notes field in Shopify, so anyone working the order there can see it.
More than one store
Connect as many Shopify stores as you run. Give each one its own order-number pattern, and a prefix is enough, so we can tell which store a scanned order belongs to.
Barcodes on your packing slips
A five-minute edit to the packing slip template puts the order number on it as a barcode, so the whole workflow stays on the scanner. Step-by-step instructions.
Not the same thing as a batch-expiry app.
There are good Shopify apps for tracking batches and expiry dates in your inventory. They answer "what is on the shelf and when does it expire". That is a different question from the one a recall asks.
Inventory batch tracking
Knows which lots you have and warns you before they expire. Stops you shipping something out of date. Does not record which lot went into which customer's box.
Outbound traceability
Records the lot, serial or UDI that actually left, against the order it left on. That is the record you need when a supplier recalls a batch and you have to produce a list of customers.
They do different jobs, and plenty of people run both.
