What counts towards the limit?
Each serial or batch number you record in the month. Scanning the same number into the same order again does not count twice, and looking numbers up afterwards is free.
Do I need to buy hardware?
Only a barcode scanner. For plain barcodes, any USB scanner works, and a good one is $15 to $30. For UDI codes you need a 2D imager, which is still an ordinary USB scanner and not an expensive one. Scanners for plain barcodes and scanners for UDI.
What happens at the end of the trial?
You pick a plan. Nothing is charged during the thirty days, and your records are still there when you do.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, up or down, from the settings page. If your volume is seasonal, move up for the season and back down afterwards.
Which plan do I need for integrations?
Intermediate and Advanced include the ShipStation and Shopify integrations, webhooks and API access. Basic is scanning and search only.
