How It Works
The fastest, most affordable way to track your serial and batch numbers.
1. Integrate
Getting started takes 2 minutes. Enable ShipStation integration using the API key.
2. Scan Order
Use our simple scan-based workflow, click “New Container,” then scan your order number.
3. Serial Serial or Batch Number
Scan Your serial or batch number (or numbers if an order has more than one). Now that information is stored in case you need it in the future.
4. Instantly Update Serial Tracking
If connected to ShipStation, SerialTrack will automatically update the internal notes field in ShipStation with your serial numbers, as well as your own SerialTrack database
5. Stored Forever
Whether you need it the next day or years later, your serial numbers will always be stored and available for you.
